Terms & Conditions

All Csongvay Blackwood pieces are made by hand, and as a result, each piece is unique. Small variations in size, glaze and colour are a natural part of the hand-building and firing process. The perceived colours of our pieces may also vary, depending on the calibration of the monitor or digital device on which this website is viewed. We regularly update the stock on our website, and the best way to be informed of stock updates is to follow us on Instagram and join our mailing list. For larger quantities, we can also consider making pieces to order.

Our work has been successfully posted to all corners of the globe and we want you to love our pieces as much as we do, so that’s why we carefully wrap every single parcel and use environmentally considerate packaging whenever possible. We also provide tracking details whenever possible, and always post with reputable companies. Express delivery is available for some locations, and this can be requested at an additional cost. If you need your pieces quickly, then contact us for a quote prior to purchasing. Please note that we are not liable for any lost or damaged purchases, and the buyer of any product on the Csongvay Blackwood website is responsible for the payment of VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc., required for importing consumer goods to the destination country. All sales are final and no refunds or returns are offered. By purchasing our products you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
